Cheryl’s Portrait Session
After being busy with school and flip-flopping my major, I have finally decided I want to go into the field of physical therapy. At the end of the day I want to help people, and since one of my hobbies is power-lifting, muscle and joint recovery is something I would love to study and practice. Recently I’ve been taking a much-needed break from photography and putting my focus into my classes and finals. I plan on transferring out of community college after this upcoming spring semester and enroll into university. I’m ready to get back into the world of photography and have ambitions to try new things. Real-estate photography has piqued my interest, so I plan on networking and eventually hope to put a portfolio together. I hope to continue portrait and event photography.
Anyways, here’s Cheryl’s portrait session from last month! We went to Van Dyke Park in Fairfax, Virginia. We met up during golden hour (my favorite time to shoot) and took some beautiful photos. She had a few outfit changes and the pictures turned out great. My mom was my assistant and used a reflector to reflect light back into some of the shots. Overall it was a really fun photo-shoot.
